Welcome to the tutorial site of Jennifer from Believe Designs.

I love making tags, having made tons for people on my myspace design site.

When I started making scrapkits, I made tags to show people what the kits looked like, and had numerous people ask for tuts of my tags, so here they are!

All tutorials were written with PSPx2, and skill levels vary. 

All tutorials are copyright compliant.
