Ok, let's get started!
In PSP open a new 600 x 600 image and flood fill white.
Open Bracketmat2 and paste it as a new layer, then add a dropshadow.
Next open the sun element and resize 50% then copy and paste it as a new layer,
and position it in the top left corner of your bracket mat, add a dropshadow.
Now open the cloud element and resize it 50%, copy and paste as a new layer
position it in the top center of your bracket mat, move the layer below the sun layer
and add a dropshadow.
Open the rainbow element and copy and paste it into the center of your image as it's owm layer,
add a dropshadow.
Next add your main tube to your image, duplicate it,click on the original tube layer, go to adjust>blur>gaussian blur>6 ok.
Select the copied tube layer, which should be the top one,
and change the transparency to 80, then merge the two layers together and add a dropshadow.
Ok next open the other 3 tubes you want to use, frameb,
and the paper you are going to use as the background in your frame.
Copy and paste the frame into your image and position it where you want it,
using your magic wand tool select the inside of all 3 openings in your frame,
go to selections>modify>expand>3.
Now paste your paper as a new layer, press shift+control+I (to invert) then hit delete.
Move the paper layer below the frame but do not deselect.
Press shift+control+I again to reverse your invert
then go to your frame layer and go to
effects>3D effects>cutout>
Change the offset vertical and horizontal to 5
Change opacity and blur to 25, hit ok, now deselect.
Still using your magic wand tool click in the first opening in the frame
Go to selections>modify>expand>30
Switch to your move tool and paste the first tube you want to use into your image.
Move it around in your frame until it is where you like then hit shift+control+I again to invert then delete.
Move the tube layer below the frame layer, add a dropshadow, and repeat for the next two frames and tubes.
Merge your frame layer, the three tube layers, and the paper layer together, and add a dropshadow.
It's time to add the fence, open it in your PSP, resize it 80%, and paste it as a new layer.
Move to the lower part of your tag and add a dropshadow. Your bottom frame in your picture frame will be blocked,
but we can't leave it empty, right?!
Next open clip 5, resize it 50%, paste it into your image, and move it so that it looks like
it is holding the frame in place, add a dropshadow.
Next open doodle1, resize 50%, then resize again 80%.
Paste it as a new layer and move it above your fence layer. Move the flowers teo the left side of your fence,
making sure the bottom of the flowers is just below the fence, then duplicate, mirror, merge the flowers together and add a dropshadow.
Open doodle 4, resize 70%, paste into image and move between your pink flowers, add dropshadow.
Open doodle 2, repeat the last steps, position it where it looks best in your image, now do the same
with doodle 3.
Now add all the bugs and varmit that you want to your tag, don't forget your dropshadows!
Add your copyright information to the tag.
Now pick two colors from your tag for your font and put your name on the tag.
Add an inner bevel and a dropshadow.
Next open Animation shop.
Back in psp choose your magic wand tool again,
mode should be set to add shift, match mode set to RGB value, tolerance 30, anti-alias checked.
Now merge flatten your tag, copy and paste into animation shop as a new image.
Go back to PSP, undo your merge, be sure your rainbow layer is selected,
click the pink/red rimg with your magic wand to select it, go to
adjust>add/remove noise>add noise>gassian>30>ok.
Deselect, merge flatten, copy and paste into ani shop after current layer.
Go back to PSP, undo merge but leave the noise in the red pink and click on the yellow ring.
Repeat the last step with all the rings, preview the tag, then save it and you are done!
